Every ball is graded by hand. Here is what the grades mean.
Every ball we sell is washed and graded by hand against the same four standards. Grades describe wear, not markings: corporate logos, course stamps and player pen marks show up at every grade, because that is how balls arrive at a course. What changes from Pristine down to Good is the condition of the cover.

- If a dozen does not match the grade on the label, email us within 30 days and we will refund it. Keep the balls.
- We never mix grades in a dozen unless the product says so.
